The Remarkable Candle Co. is under new management and is now based in Alexandra, New Zealand. Inspired by nature and produced in collaboration with community. Former owner Gabrielle has built The Remarkable Candle Co to where it is today and I am proud to be taking over and learning from her in this new chapter of our lives. After much creative development we arrived here with a product that celebrates the shared spaces and moments that make life magical.

They are iconic treasures designed to inspire and evoke the festive, sacred and sensual atmospheres forever associated with the simple act of lighting a candle.

Natural soy wax is infused with hand blended scents and poured into recycled glass jars. Lindis Lupin, Thyme and Honey, Central Otago Stone Fruit, and Arrowtown Snowberry are all scents we feel proud to call our own, crafted in a place we are proud to call home.

It doesn’t matter if you are coming, going, passing through or staying forever, our handcrafted candles are a small and remarkable reminder of the wonderful landscape you have been lucky enough to experience.
